Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Flames mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trending Tags Studio ("we", "our", "us").

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use Flames
  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract
  • You must not be a person barred from using the App under applicable law
  • You must not have been previously banned or removed from Flames

By using Flames, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
  • You may not create more than one account
  • You may not transfer or share your account with anyone
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten any user
  • Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit
  • Impersonate another person or create fake/misleading profiles
  • Solicit money, promote commercial activities, or spam other users
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the App
  • Attempt to circumvent safety features, rate limits, or subscription restrictions
  • Share or distribute other users' private information or conversations
  • Use the App if you are under 18 years old

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.

5. Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bio, prompts). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.

Content Restrictions

  • No nudity or sexually explicit content in profile photos
  • No photos of minors (children)
  • No copyrighted content you don't have rights to
  • No weapons, drugs, or illegal items in photos
  • No contact information (phone numbers, social handles) in profile text

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Premium Subscriptions & Purchases

  • Flames offers optional premium subscriptions (Premium and Gold tiers) and consumable purchases (Boosts, Super Flames)
  • All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play Store settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy
  • Premium features are subject to change; we may modify feature availability across tiers
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes (matches, dates) from premium features

7. Safety & Reporting

  • Use the in-app report feature to report users who violate these terms
  • We review all reports and take appropriate action
  • Users with 3 or more reports are automatically suspended pending review
  • You can block users at any time — blocked users cannot see or interact with you
  • Flames is not responsible for the behavior of users outside the App

Important: Always prioritize your personal safety. Meet in public places. Tell someone where you're going. Trust your instincts.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms
  • Suspended accounts lose access to all App features including active subscriptions
  • You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account
  • Account deletion is processed with a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel
  • After 30 days, all your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any specific number of matches, messages, or dates
  • The accuracy of information provided by other users
  • The identity or intentions of other users

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trending Tags Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App
  • Any interactions or meetings with other users
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Any third-party content or conduct on the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

The Flames name, logo, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Trending Tags Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
