Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Flames account and all associated data.

In-App Deletion

Open Flames

Launch the Flames app and make sure you're logged in.

Go to Settings

Tap the Profile tab (bottom right) → Tap the Settings gear icon.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.

Confirm Deletion

Read the warning and confirm. Your account enters a 30-day grace period.

Data Permanently Deleted

After 30 days, all your data — profile, photos, messages, matches, purchases — is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Can't access the app?

Email us at support@flamesdating.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your Flames account. We'll process your request within 48 hours.



What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile information (name, bio, preferences)
  • All profile photos and verification images
  • Match history and conversations
  • Game results and scores
  • Streaks, XP, badges, and levels
  • Encryption keys and key backups
  • Push notification preferences
  • All associated records across our systems

Note: Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled. Cancel your subscription through Google Play Store → Subscriptions before deleting your account to avoid future charges.


Changed Your Mind?

During the 30-day grace period, simply log back in to your account. The deletion will be automatically cancelled and your account will be fully restored.
